  2. Complete the guided questionnaire

    Clients answer an adaptive bankruptcy questionnaire built from U.S. Courts petition forms. Questions change based on earlier answers, and clients can pause and resume on any device.

  3. Collect documents and extract data

    MatterVanta requests the documents that match the client's answers and tracks what is still missing. OCR reads pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, and credit reports and autofills the matching questionnaire sections. Secure chat keeps clarifications inside the case.

  4. Attorney review and export
